Hi. My name is Lasar, and I've been on grex for about
a month now, almost every day, and enjoying it very much.
Some of you may already know me from party of even from the bbs.
Since I am in germany and without a credit card,
there's no easy way for me to pay for a membership and so I
decided that I'd like to help (the) grex (community) by
volunteering to do something worthy that I am capable of/good at.
So, what could I do? I'm good at HTML, PHP, Perl (though not too
good there), Javascript, and some other related stuff. I don't
know too much about *nix systems, but can get around in one (I'm
planning on switching to Linux soon). I'm young and willing to
learn, so I could also do mostly anything else that doesn't require
weeks of trainig (or maybe I'm interested in that thing, then I'll
gladly take the weeks of training).
Well, that's about it, I don't know what more to say. I'm eager
to help, give me something where I can. Please.
P.S.: Yes, I know that volunteering will not give me member
status. Just thought I'd add this so nobody will think that
this was my intention. Just so you know :)

It seems to me that the best way you could help Grex is by being an
active participant in and contributor to the conferences. Let everybody
get to know you, and you us. Eventually we all might decide that a more
formal role in Grex's administration is appropriate, but for now, just be
a part of Grex.
