only count five stars.)

I only did from Sept. '99 onward; Jan did everything before that.
Re #2: Looks from the minutes like scott was indeed there at that meeting,
so he should have a "*" instead of a "-".
For anyone who doesn't know: mary regularly archives all the board meeting
mintues in the directory /usr/local/grexdoc/archives/minutes .

Someone, and I don't remember who, wrote a neat script a while
back, so that if you enter !minutes at any RP: or OK:
prompt, and you are presented with the dates for all the meetings
and minutes. Much more convenient than finding and listing the
nested file.

It might have been me that wrote the !minutes script, but I
don't remember for sure.
