How to fill user ID and password at telnet

I am still confuse to fill user id and password at telnet. Maybe, 
anybody want to help me ?

Your user id would be sukarno.  I don't know your password.

        I use an MS-DOS batch file to run telnet
        and put login, password, and ftp commands
        in a script file.
        The -s  option names the script.

        Runs like a bat out of hell.
