Nose Jobs? Mark Unseen   Dec 11 08:20 UTC 2000

A recent holiday (noted above) offered an opportunity to browse the
offerings of 'sat' TV and among said was one frequent showing of
_Catherine The Great_ starring among others a very young Catherine
Zeta-Jones. Whats-her-name thinks she's superfluous 'reminds me of me
with a nose job' and there she was, the young, whats-her-name without a
nose job.

If you look at CZJ in that film and compare it with CZJ in the zorro
thingy she did with Hannibal Lector and Antonio Bandaids-r-us you can
clearly see the difference between the younger and the older, and the
pre-nose job and post. I was reminded of Demi Moore pre nose job (and
hair cut) and I though to meself there must be a trend here but I
haven't a clue. What is going on with the nose thing? Never mind the
tit jobs, never mind the waxed chests of male stars, whats up with the
hollywood nose thing? Even in the film _Patton_ the film has the 'hero'
played by George C. Scott (a rather masculine movie as well as star) as
being afraid for his nose. When in fact G. Jr., like his father and
most any other grunt ever 'hearing a shot fired in anger' - ie warrior -
feared most was having his, well, uh, something a bit below his nose
shot off. So whassup with this hollywood obsession with noses?

I would speculate that the more attractive an actor or actress themore the
viewing puclib wants to have sexual relations with them, and corressponding
. . .
more (public) more of the public goes to their films and when more people
go to the films

the films make more money and when the films make more money

the stars who bring the money get more money

so you see

nose job -> more people want to fuck them -> more people go to the theater
-> more money for producer -> more money for actor / actress

pretty much we can follow this type of logic with the rest of the human race

why do people go shopping for new clothes - > to increase the likely number
of mates

why do people get their hair cur -> to increase the likely number of mates

why do people go to their job -> to increase the # of mates

My number of mates has been holding steady at just under 250
for some time now. Think I'll go on a clothes shopping spree
over the holidays and see if I can break that 250 barrier.
A haircut wouldn't hurt as well!
