Backtalk items show as new when responses are deleted so even allowing staff to remove responses would not solve the problem. There is no way to limit the number of responses entered in a certain time frame. There also doesn t appear to be a way to block the script the user is running. Whoever is running this script, however, is running a script that is very specific to backtalk and/or picospan.
