If it takes experience to be really good at staff, why did Mrs. Remmers hassle Mr. Cross right when his 'career' on staff was just beginning? It was already excellent, but, like an alcoholic who's run out of anything to drink but an overly fresh bottle of wine, she just couldn't wait to let him mature. I agree that my comment "Because he can" was personal and unnecessary, and I apologize to Dan for making it. Is there any better description of her more recent comment? Why is it no longer appropriate to apologise?
