Item 249: Time and Place for March 18 Board Meeting?

At the Board's informational meeting on February 18, we were not able 
to decide the time and place for the March 18 Board meeting because no 
quorum was present.  Also, vanloons will have moved to India by then, 
and he suggests Yahoo video conferencing so that he can participate.

Mary and remmers offered their place, and suggested 7:00 p.m.  Later 
e-mail from vanloons said that this would be quite early in the morning 
in India.  Someone suggested moving the meeting to 8:00 p.m.

In order to get the ball rolling, I move that the March 18 meeting be 
at mary and remmers' at 8:00 p.m.

I'm sorry to have to ask this, but, now that we've heard what Joe has to say,
is it STILL okay for the Remmerses?
