Grex Oldcoop Conference

Item 236: Let's apologize.

Entered by mfp on Tue Jan 11 04:03:31 2005:

I have compiled an ample stock of examples of gelinas ejaculating rude words
onto people in the policy conference. The targets of this ejaculation are
often marginal to the policy-setting momentum on Grex, which makes their
assault even more embarrassing to the GreXist community.

I, and the people who respond to this item similarly, apologize for the rude
words ejaculated on behalf of us onto the faces of people who clearly didn't
deserve it.

I think keesan can absorb as much ejaculatory matter as gelinas can output,
p;ersonally.

Did you write this from your davenport after scarfing flapjacks?
Gelinas is entitled to be rude for lack of a sense of humor. (Just like you.)

Gelinas and janc by this point are entitled to be as rude as they like
considering how much sleep they have lost getting this new grex working.

I think it is unbecoming of a board member to be rude if someone points out
a serious issue. The treasurer situation was rectified by gelinas by him
becoming the solution only after he thrashed richard. I don't think it's that
big of a deal, but I do think everyone should try to be a knotch or two more
mature about what is going on rather than yelling "Shh!" like GW Bush.

There never was a "treasurer situation" to be rectified. The Board *must*
elect one of its own to be treasurer. Someone was going to fill the position.
It really wasn't the big deal that was made of it.

gelinas, try to think about it from Richard's perspective.

He DIDN"T know it wasn't a big deal because he couldn't have. As far as he
knew, everyone related to Grex was already whining about how it was taking
up too much of their time and certainly that none of them would want to take
on new tasks. Not only was it a perfectly reasonable concern, based on the
information he had access to, it was an important concerna nd he should have
been thanked for bringing it up.
