We added 14 people to the membership rolls in 2004:

scheidr, sarahlee, anderyn, womble, killvin, saw, jying, jclauer, siamiam,
vanloons, khamsun, cable, blaise, and nharmon.  Of those, 9 were still
members at the end of the year.

At the beginning of 2004 we had 84 paid-up members.  At the end of 2004 we 
had 67 paid-up members.  We had an average of 74 paid-up members during the 
year.

2004 was the worst year on record for Grex.  We've been losing money for the
last 3 years, but this was the worst by far; we lost $1,163.86.

Perhaps some of the people who went away will come back now that things are
working better.

#4...dont be so pessmistic...even if grex continues to lose money at current
rate, it wouldn't go broke for at least three years, particularly given the
movetothe cheaper co-lo..
