Grex has a stated policy of not doing anything about things which are up for
member votes.  Why has Grex killed accounts, when it knows for a fact this
item exists?

 Of course not.  And I'd hope that Grex staff would take reasonable
 steps to correct any damage, intentional or otherwise, inflicted by
 anyone, staff or not.  In fact, the staff does that all the time,
 mopping up after users who fill up the disk or do other harmful
 stuff.

 Having a staff member do a baddie like that took us by surprise.
 I'd like to think that the staff would have ultimately decided to
 do the right thing by way of correction.  But remember that you are
 the person who decided to move right away to a member vote, effectively
 taking the decision out of the staff's hands.

It looks like, once again, Grex's staff is full of liars.

established policy exists, a user proposal does NOT shut it off.

TAKEN.  It's clear that jews, md, former head of the agora conference,
and gelinas all took action on the proposal.  I'm on your side here,

   When someone enters 1M of text into an item--information which has
no usefl purpose other than to annoy people--I will remove the text.
Period.

   There are several children here to seem to confuse "free speech"
with vandalism.  Grex does stand for free speech, but it does not
support mindless vandalism.  Posting the works of Shakspere, or the
passwd file does not constitute reaonsable activity.  Left alone it
will fill up /bbs which definitely harms the Grex community.

Jeff, I would appreciate it if you did not help to fill grex items with this
sort of nonsense by respondingto it.  I can filter the twits, but don't want
to filter people who answer them.  There are quite a few items now that I have
to forget because they do nothing but respond to twits.
