Grex General Conference

Item 54: Chaz (former city of Seattle)

Entered by walkman on Mon Jun 15 00:01:15 2020:

Recall the Waco siege. How did the federal government react to
separatists?

"The cave is a grave to a well-prepared adversary." Right?

They surrounded it with law enforcement and set it on fire, killing
everyone. Killing everyone surely protected the women and children
everyone was concerned about.

FFD to today. We have radial leftists (insurrectionists) taking a city
hostage. They are defacing and occupying city and business buildings and
declaring their own separate nation.

How is the government reacting? The state governor called the action
"patriotic".

How do you feel about this and how do you think it will end?
Will antifa take over other cities?
Will organizations send them supplies?
How long will it continue?

This is nothing new in Seattle. I used to work in the Wells Fargo
building on Madison between 2nd & 3rd. The Fed Bldg is on the
corner of 2nd & Madison. From my 12th floor office, I could see the
protesters coming down Madison (it's downhill toward teh waterfront.)
This was literally almost every day. A parade of different sorts
daily. Always a protest. It's like if Ann Arbor had fish and
an actual rail system and wasn't full of white people but had
Asians and Native Americans mixed with 2nd generation beachcombers.
These are the same kids at the WTO in 2000. Same places, same
childish party, same media coverage. It meakes for great theater
and stories to tell at the pub and coffee shop for the next decade.
I don't see it as a symbol of anything but the typical over privileged
white kids play summer sleep over. Seattle is a piece of crap down
town full of homeless heroin addicts and upper middle class white
kids wearing plaid pretending to be oppressed.
That's it in a nut shell. The media is eating it up.
To me, it's just another day in Seattle.

Something few locals in Seattle even know, there's a former Congressman
who was the sheriff during WTO. His name is Dave Reichert. He
staged a bunch of news crew footage of him chasing protesters.
One scene, he catches a kid who is supposedly assaulting someone with
a skateboard. All fake. Reichert wrote a book "Chasing the Devil" about
going after Gary Ridgeway aka the Green River Killer - the only problem
is that Dave didn't actually do all the shit he says he did in the book.
I worked with the forensic lady in the County Coroner's office Kathy Green
who actually did most of the work. County Sheriff's are 'elected.'
They're all about getting to sheriff on their way to something
like Governor or POTUS. They'll go to Congress or Attorney General on the
way. They'll let this media thing play out that there's a villain
taking over the county - in come the good guys in white hats - with
a news crew in tow.

In a speech to union workers at a Whirlpool factory, Trump alluded that

Double-speak is always said, double-think is demanded and the fantasy

What's your pronoun?

I randomly grabbed the Simon/Garfunkel "Bridge over Troubled Water" LP
and put it on the platter. Wearing headphones while "working from home"
aka playing with my raspberry pi. The title track started and as it
started heating up, I got the goosebumps. Was thinking, after this
performance I can imagine Garfunkel walking out of the studio and
demanding a bottle of scotch and a prostitute after smashing a few
lamps. That's my fantasy world.
When you get done doing a performance like that - my god... that was the
late 60's. They had Hendrix, Miles and The Doors.

In 2020 we get American Idol. What the F happened?
Honestly, and this could be a stretch, but it may have something to do
with all that voodoo we are talking about with Antifa, helicopter
parents, propaganda, Karen, the deep state, Facebook and Napolean
Dynamite.

Speaking of pun, conundrum, and irony

A multiracial person as VP despite their track record is shortsighted.
Biden has chose a running mate which puts the whole package very much in the
conservative camp.
She ranks right behind Tulsi Gabbard where her credibility as a liberal
progressive is lacking
Democrats outside of California likely don't know or remember her troubling
track record (as CA AG):
Often chose not to investigate police shootings
Advocated for transphobic policies in prisons
Prosecuted parents of truant school children
Consistently aligned herself with law enforcement
Recent allegations against Biden's sexual harrassment history

She'll likely have investments with mask makers as they make it federal law
along with 1.2gpm shower heads, affirmative action, and contract tracing
software requirements build into all mobile devices. I love how FB,
Google, Apple and others have stepped up "to help" track the vaccination
records of everyone scooped into the census database.

on-the-west-coast-one-a-regular-attendee-of-anti-cop-rallies-in-seattle/

Four individuals two in Washington, one in Oregon, and another in
California have been arrested for arson as firefighters battle dozens
of blazes across the West Coast. One of the arrestees is reportedly a
regular attendee of anti-police rallies in Seattle.

Michael Jarrod Bakkela, 41, has been accused of arson, partially
sparking the massive Almeda fire, according to the Oregon State Fire
Marshal s Office. Oregon Live reported that he has been arrested on two
counts of arson, 15 counts of criminal mischief and 14 counts of
reckless endangerment :

The Jackson County Sheriff s Office said in a news release Friday
afternoon that on Tuesday evening, a resident of Phoenix saw a person,
later identified as Bakkela, lighting a fire behind their house on Quail
Lane. Because there was an impending blaze, the residents who saw him
set the fire had to flee their home.

Bakkela was arrested and initially lodged in the Jackson County Jail on
Tuesday on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He remains in jail
on the arson and criminal mischief charges.

The Almeda fire has destroyed at least 700 homes and resulted in at
least two fatalities.

Elsewhere, authorities arrested two individuals in connection with the
fires in Washington. One of the suspects, Jeffrey Alan Acord, has been
accused of setting a fire along Highway 167. He live-streamed himself on
the scene of the fire and reported it to police, claiming that he
literally pulled over to call it in.

Other drivers, however, told police they watched the 36-year-old
Puyallup man walk into a field carrying a lighter and cardboard, KIRO 7
 reported.

The outlet added that Acord is a regular attendee at Seattle defund
police rallies. He is also facing charges for allegedly breaking into
a gas station.

Jacob Altona, 28, has also been arrested in connection to arson.

Additionally, Anita Esquivel, 37, has been arrested for deliberately
setting fires in California, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The news comes as Democrat politicians continue to blame the fires
across the region on climate change. Politicians, such as Sen. Bernie
Sanders (I-VT), are largely using the devastation to push for a Green
New Deal but continue to ignore the reality of poor forest management
and environmentalist policies that contribute to the massive wildfires,
such as putting an emphasis on fire suppression rather than prescribed
 burning.

Despite that, Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) has used the tragedy to declare the
debate around climate change over for good.

The debate is over around climate change. Just come to the state of
California, observe it with your own eyes, Newsom said with a grin.
It s not an intellectual debate, it s not even debatable :

On Saturday, the National Interagency Fire Center reported that 97 fires
have burned 4.7 million acres across the west.

More than 29,000 firefighters and support personnel are assigned to
wildfires. Evacuation orders are in place for 40 large fires in
California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Idaho, and Utah, the agency
reported.

Newsom's idea of avoiding wildfires is rolling blackouts - you know -
because Edison has deep pockets and can be blamed for everything and
the citizens can suffer. This is so we don't figure out what a sham
the solar and wind turbine taxes are since they're not any sort
of buffer or failover as was promised.

#46 I traveled to a well known "old money" nearby city via motorcycle

poles up and down the streets. Later that weekend, I went to Ikea to get
my son a new bed frame. Every other person there looked like an antifa
meth-head. I was coming out of my skin. It seems there's nowhere to run
from the insanity. Newsom gets away with what he gets away with people
people don't fight back. The same is true everywhere.

My mother was in line at Sam's club the other day. She's in her 70's. A
black couple barged in front of her in line and the woman put her hand

turning point. The media and the extreme left have poisoned our nation.

Newsom feeds the trolls. The trolls continue.
In California, they have a massive catch&release program for non-violent
felons and thieves. It's off the rails. The cops can't do anything
about it. Basically, a burglar or car thief is out and walking in a day
or two. Alot of these folks are going around with stolen firearms
and still getting let back onto the street.

If it goes anything like the Austrian reparations then they'll institute
it and then declare it ended 6 years later "due to lack of funding and
moratorium"
They sent me pics of family artwork and bank accounts which "The Company"
had taken possession after the moratorium (I was a year late inquiring
about claimants so I could locate dislocated relatives aka diaspora -
since most of the family had been wiped out.) "The Company" was literally
a UK national bank (Bank of England, shhh!) which had created a shelter
in 'territory of Palestine'. When I dug into it, they said something
along the lines of 50k shekels worth of silver from a factory (hats/gloves)
and 700shekels worth of property (in 1939 value) had been given to
"the state". Survivors? Meh! Preposterous.

Reparations for having dark skin. Nevermind Kamala's grandfather was
part of the Indian slave trade in Jamaica and owned slaves! LOL!
The end result will be coffers for Newsom's descendants and property plenty
of fake paper mill diplomas in project management. Maybe they'll go
the Dept of Interior route and give some of that prime Mojave real estate
(full of arsenic and 1950's nuclear radiation) plots of land?

There is now a big push in liberal media to lib-splain the mass exodus
out of San Francisco and NYC.
I have read it and also was exposed to an NPR podcast (wife: "you HAVE
TO LISTEN TO THIS")
They are saying the fact that people are working remotely now means they
are looking for cheaper rent elsewhere. No mention of draconian covid
lockdown laws. No mention of perverse class-warfare taxes.

"WE ARE IN CONTROL." Welcome to the technocracy.

We are now in something that is beyond 1984. They erase history. They
tell you how to feel. They tell you what you can and can't say. They
tell you WHAT YOUR REALITY IS. They misinform you and tell you that
they have "fact checked" the truth away without explanation. They tell
you to "believe in science" like "science" is not a process but a god.
A god that backs up their agenda. The rig search results, erase people,
blacklist people, censor people, create systems that confirm their lies,
 and so on.

Anyone who sides with this and thinks they are rebelling is a f-ing
moron. The very idea that siding with a vast establishment is some kind
of anarchy or rebellion is beyond ludicrous. Then again, I'm sure
someone will say any idea to the contrary has been "debunked".

Funny how less than a month to election and mysterious "extreme right
militias" are coming out of nowhere. Funny - the infowars podcast last
week - Jones said (paraphrasing) "you watch, the leader will turn out to
be exonerated from some other case. That's the hallmark of an FBI
setup."

"Delaware militiaman, 44, arrested in plot to kidnap Gretchen Whitmer
was PARDONED last year on gun, assault and burglary convictions because
prosecutors believed he had gotten himself on the right track "

The NWO "great reset" climate change crusade.
Socialism backed by wealth taxes, Green Deal penalties, and funded by
pseudo-visionaries of Micro$oft, big petrol, UN, and monarchies.
How will it start?
a Greater than Great Depression
Stuff will magically dry up and disappear - stuff as in staples, necessities,
and basics.
Divide & Conquer will flourish as Diversity & Inclusion
The Stuff (physiological) disappears, then personal safety (no ammo,
no cops, no justice)
Diversity & Exclusion will dilute and dimish sense of community and it
will engender gangs and militias. Domestic terror labels will be
plentiful.
Self confidence, affirmation, and esteem will go out the window.

single article. Yet I know for a fact that I read them and discussed
them. No one seemed alarmed at the time and now the articles are gone

you pull the string.

This comment under the article, "I am completely freaked out by the
adults participating in a "doll community". LOL

(I'm quietly reassuring myself that my Mego Star Trek dolls are "action
figures")

Yeah, that's pretty funny.
Something I didn't think of on Christmas morning in 1975 when I was 5
ripping Spock out of his plastic bubble.

Love those little blue phasers and communicators.
FYI in case you didn't already know, Marty Abrams, the Mego founder
resurrected many of the Mego "action figures" and added new ones like IT
the Clown, Blair from Facts of Life and some Star Trek New Generation
figures. https://www.martyabrams.com/

I confess I bought a bunch of the Star Trek figures, the DC Comics
figures and a couple of the Planet of the Apes (had to!!!).
I sincerely wish they would bring Micronauts back but Hasbro has the
license and they have been making promises for years with nothing to
show for the fans. :(

resp:103 What a blast from the past! I didn't realize Mego got so big.

I just checked Amazon and apparently the Planet of the Apes collection.

Looks like I'm behind on my collecting!!!
IMO you are never too old for this stuff. :)

Remember Chaz?
A great experiment into what a modern, Marxist civilization would look
like. Mob rule reinforced with violence, dependency on external energy,
food and other material goods while despising the providers of said
energy/food/goods. Arbitrary, contradictory ethics that self-implode.

But no one wants to talk about it for obvious reasons.
I wonder why GOP types didn't say during the election, 'If Marxist
policies worked, than Chaz would have been a success. Remember Chaz?'

The crime problems that arise from intentional poverty (underachieving,
entitled white people with flippant criminal aspirations) is causing
businesses to leave blue cities. They can't call it white flight
anymore!

Defund police, decriminalize theft and setup tent cities outside
businesses and wonder why you no longer have access to fresh food.
RACISM! They can't complain their way into legitimacy or prosperity.

2023 is going to be :fire:

Air marshalls on 1% of flights because they've had to divert all resources
to the border patrol. 9/11 v2.0 isn't if but when.
Meanwhile, if there aren't impeachment proceedings then consider it
all a done deal that there is no one guarding the country.

Airlines have announced that only one pilot will be driving the plane
due to "early retirements" (not vaccine mandates!). I sincerely hope
those air marshals have flight training. America has been set up.

!!!
Don't worry though, with a rail strike on the horizon, there's no fear
of starvation. Simply get your vaccine, collect unlimited government
benefits, never leave the basement, migrate from twitter to mastodon.

I drew up my 2023 investment plan this morning. Includes alcohol,
tobacco, fast food, funeral services, public storage, discount retail,
financial debt services and finally, private sector prisons. Not kidding
at all. There's also a few dividend options thrown in for good measure.
I'm 100% counting on people to make bad decisions and do what feels
good for the moment.

After I made the list, I celebrated by dancing around the kitchen like
this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=en1uwIzI3SE

I know Arthur Brown is English but he has Detroit DNA. Or maybe Iggy and
Alice were copying him??? Hmmm... Alice has named him as an
inspiration. Without Arthur Brown (who toured with Hendrix, The Doors
and Frank Zappa) I don't think we would have Ramstein or Marilyn
Manson.

Wouldn't it be fun to see Arthur Brown in one of those old Detroit or
Hamtramck bars? I mean if you could go back in time. That video is
probably the coolest thing I've ever seen on youtube.

Michigan Republicans wanted to do away with collecting sales and use taxes
on "delivery and installation" services with a $200M tax incentive.
Their intent was to retain (or attract more) businesses to the state.
In California, a delivery charge is not taxable when: You ship
directly to the purchaser by common carrier, contract carrier, or US
Mail.
Hey Michigan, stop competing with Newsom for most Communist governor!

#121 of 121 by tod on Mon Dec 12 16:24:10 2022:

re #120
California has a reparations bill already in the hopper..something like
$215k to select black folks as compensation for housing market disparities
in California. It's going to be massive - and I'm still amiss what
the ROI is aside from redistribution of wealth. Not sure if they'll
tie it to a lending program or some other way to screw the recipients
into an insane mortgage or something. Nobody ever wins with these
"handouts" which are veiled scams on everyone involved.
