No, although 1/31/66 was my seventh birthday. The items could also have been numbered 2, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16 and 17. The first two don't 100% fit with the rest.
There is a specific threat to "expose" an alleged promotion of drug use on grex, in Item 202 of the radio cf. Who knows if anything will come of it, but probably someone on the board should familiarize themselves with it.

Just for kicks, I checked out Item #202 of the radio conference. What was alluded to boils down to response #19 of that item: #19 of 25: by Charles (n8qxp) on Fri, Feb 20, 1998 (11:40): Okay, first off, I'd like say that I am very sorry for snapping like I did, Although, I think the Rene's comments about my web page were unfounded, and were made to upset me, I've been going through alot of personal troubles at this time, and I really don't need this kind of abuse from someone. I doubt he can shut down Grex because people talk about drugs. If the police want to monitor the conference or party channels to nab people who are trying to sell drugs, there is no way for us to know. For once, our focus on conferences will go a long way to demonstrate that we are not a "drug hotline". And if people are dumb enough to make illegal offers in party, and they get caught, well....
Michigan Bell does not get shut down because people make phone calls buying and selling drugs. The police do, however, gather information about drug buyers and sellers by getting a wire-tap order. Here, we make it easy. All they have to do is create a login id. Unless this guy has private information about people he's been buying drugs from, there's not much he can tell the police that they can't find on their own.
It's very clear to even a casual observer that drugs and illicit trade aren't what Grex is about. I wouldn't mind a raid or two if drug dealing really is going on here -- I wouldn't want grex seen as a good place to take part in illegal activities of any kind. Then again, I suspect one of us would have noticed if it were happening in any major or organized way.
