Oh, this is the first easy one!

Valerie, there has been so little movement in the PUBs comittee that 
it's stagnant.  Might as well remove it from the agenda until further 
notice.

the same as "covetousness" anyway.

One of the reasons for putting committee reports in the agenda is to
get the committee to do something to report. If the subject is *important*,
the committee should be doing something and report. If it isn't, then maybe
the topic (and committeee) can be abandoned.
