We haven't reserved the Zingerman's room yet, so that isn't final.

I added "cost reductions" to the agenda because Mark mentioned that he
regretted missing the conversation on that subject last month.

4506A should probably have been the last item number.

what our income has been like over the past few years.

(The item numbers are tax forms relevant to 501(c)3 corporations.  1023
is the form we just filed applying for 501(c)3 status.  The 990 forms
are informational tax returns for tax exempt corporations (roughly the
equivalent of an individual's 1040 form).  We've never done a 990 form
because you only have to file if your gross income exceeds $25,000.  The
8718 is the voucher form that you use to pay for getting a determination
letter (we submitted one of those too).  4506A is the form used to
request a copy of a 990 form submitted by a tax-exempt organization
(since 990 forms, unlike 1040 forms, are public information).)
