I would like to tender my resignation from the board of directors of Grex.
I like Grex a lot, and all the folks on it, but my mind just seems to be in
other places these days. I really feel that the board seats should be
occupied by people more actively engaged with Grex.
Thanks and best wishes to all,
- Jan

Note that my intention is to retain my status as Grex staff, albeit fairly inactive Grex staff.
It takes a lot of courage to admit when you can't fulfill an obligation. Thanks for everything you've done Jan, and will continue to do.
maybe you'll have some time to fix m-net's backtalk. tonster is outta his league *cough*
Sorry to see this Jan - I think you have a lot to contribute to the board meetings.
janc --- thank your fore all the superior contributions you ahve made. best of the work dto yo and the framily.
Thanks for all the time you've put into Grex, Jan. Really. You've been most generous with your time.
Really sorry to see you go Jan. It's been very helpful having you at board meetings because of the way you have helped maintain the vision of Grex. It was always useful to have your perspective on how the goals might best be met under current conditions.
I hope Jan can still occasionally attend meetings unofficially (like we do when they are held locally).
Jan - Sorry to see you go. Many thanks for your many years of contributions to Grex and Ann Arbor conferencing generally.
Thanks Jan
thanks tod! bye jan. weloveyou
I certainly appreciated Jan being on the board but I also understand his desire to make way for people who are currently more involved with Grex. Even so, I think that Grex is better off with janc on the board as I think he really does bring a lot to the meetings. So, thanks for your time, Janc. I hope that sometime in the future you become more interested in grex even in an unofficial capacity.
If he ever resigns from staff then kiss grex goodbye.
