I'd suggest adding: Appointment of voteadm.

The board appointed gelinas voteadm earlier this year, if I remember
correctly.

I might be able to attend the meeting if I'm feeling better by then [I'm
a bit under the  weather].  Lynne, I know you have a dog [no problems
for me there] but did I read  something somewhere along the line that
you have a cat, too? I may be thinking of  someone else--but if there IS
a feline critter around, I won't be able to attend.
