This wiener has no respect for Tony or Dan. Without those two there
would  be no grex. Impeach this BOZO!

I nominate tod or walkman as a suitable replacement.

Kent's been the one that's always ties to get things moving. And when he
 can't do something himself [like checking out the machine at Tony's
when  it went down], he'll find someone that *can* do <whatever>.
