We did not have a quorum and the phone call ended after we waited 20 min. for people to dial in. I don't know if board members attempted to dial and were not successful, but I did send an e-mail while we were connected to let people know to dial in and got no response about any connection difficulties. Jonathan and I were able to connect and talk.
I was driving but I'm encouraged that Jonathan called in. When can we attempt this again?
This is rather sad. When was the last time we had a board meeting?
Last year, in September, I think, at least those were the last minutes I could find. We've "met" in e-mail several times in the last year to decide a few things, though. We can try tomorrow if that would work, but I'm not sure if all board members would have a chance to see the message before then. Are you available any time next week before the weekend?
