I'm posting this agenda earlier than usual due to the July 4th holiday
and to give adequate time for review.  We need to have our de facto
treasurer give us a report, at least.  Staff should be ready to give a
quick updated on system operation (beyond what we'll likely discuss in
agenda items).

As always, if there are any additions or modifications desired, let me
know in this item or via e-mail.

What do you mean?  We have task lists for staff and board in the RT
system already.
