Grex Coop Conference

Item 263: Coop needs to be re-started

This version of COOP dates from 2007.  It has been nearly three years 
since it was re-started.  Most of the items are so old that they could 
confuse those who come here.  I suggest re-starting coop, not the 
least because the current issues are so important that they need not 
be buried in the midst of mixed up with old items.  Surely it is time 
for Coop 16: Return of the Grex   :)

Personally, I think this a poor time to restart coop.  I can see
advantages to a re-start, but I would rather wait until the future of
grex is more secure.

#2 what difference does that make?  coop needs to be presenting new 
information.  The bylaws should be reflected to update the recent 
amendments.  Treasurer's reports and board minutes need to be the 
current ones.  Re-starting this conf is way of getting organized, and 
not continually showing all these three year old items here.

Okay, it's a year later and coop has even more items than it did
the last time we talked about a restart. 
 
How about it?  Should we restart the coop cf?

It's almost a year after #8 and it STILL hasn't been restarted
