These computer cards were donated to Grex by Dominant Systems
of Ann Arbor. I haven't tested any of them, and don't know
whether they work or not.
Minimum bid $2 per card...buy a couple to increase the odds of
getting one that works! You can pick them up at my place (SE
Ann Arbor) or at a board meeting, but if you need them shipped,
add an extra $4 per order when you send a check.
One (1) Orbit VGA card (standard VGA)
12 responses total.
To avoid the maintenance nightmare of the computer book item, we're putting each type of card in a different item.
$3
I might be building a Unix box? $4.
$5 Hey, this is charity for an ex-Grexer who doesn't have much money and needs a VGA card badly... she can't use her computer right now. Have a heart, Scott. =} I know if it were for me personally, you wouldn't care, but this is Arwen, and she's a sweetheart. =}
Hey, Grex is a charity too, bid away! :-) Grex will probably be getting some mono monitors soon, so for local users who need 80x25 text mode, it's a cheap alternative to VGA. (Or for non-locals, but it would probably cost more to ship them than they're worth!)
I could use a spare monitor, actually. Just in case something happens to this one.
Arwen is coming back? Cool!
She's not coming back... ={
3 days until brighn's bid of $5 becomes final.... [Bummer about Arwen not coming back. Hopefully one day.]
[the problem: calling outside her town is long-distance,
regardless of the distance... it.s LAs, and all the parishes
seem to have their own phone companies, or at least hers does.
and the only Net providers she can find are out of town,
so she can afford to do email, but nothing longer than that ={ ]
(meg wishes the nifty arwen-lady would come back) pout
And that's it! The bidding is closed, the item is SOLD to
brighn for $5. Congratulations!
