A batch of chocolate truffles.  I have a recipe for Bailey's Irish Cream.
I could try to do other flavors with extracts, but I don't know if they would
come out the right consistency.  So for now, let's say they are Bailey's
flavored.  I think it makes about 3 dozen truffles.  They are much good!
