HSAs are similiar to FSAs, except you don't get that bullshit use it or lose it crap. In fact, HSAs can be willed to your children after you die. The only thing is, you have to have a high deductible health insurance plan to go with it. But those are easy to get. I think HSAs are the best, or at the least the one good, thing to have come out of the Bush presidency.
