I've never bothered to try twit filters, but i don't try to read all the
stuff in agora either.  My impression is that most of the folks who
enjoy playing twit have interesting things to say at times.  And many of
the folks who usually say interesting things react like Pavlov's dogs to
twitting and spew out time-waster responses.  Ergo, twit flitering seems
a poor algorithm for improving the quality of what i read.
