I think I'll add a few fallacies to the list:

6. It's only WHAT I say that matters.  HOW I say it is unimportant.  Anyone
who thinks otherwise is an idiot.

7. There is nothing worse than being an idiot.

8. Anytime someone says something, that is an invitation to argue with them.
If they didn't want to argue, why did they speak up?
