This doesn't exactly fit into either category, but it is now possible to get
number plates within the EU which have a section at the left with the EU flag,
and in the circle formed by the stars, the two-letter abbbreviation for the
Member-State the car was registered in, e.g. "GB" for the UK (Great Britain).
They are technically optoinal, but *must* be displayed if you trave outside
the territory of one Member-State. However, interestingly, the old oval-shaped
"GB" (or equivalent) sign must still be displayed if you go outside the EU.

the Vampire one simply says 'Vampire' inside the fish and has fangs
protruding from the bottom of the fish.

the Cthulhu one is just a bumper sticker that is a fish modified to
look like.. Cthulhu, sort of... with the tentacles... with 'Cthulhu'
in the middle.

Wi-fi is 802.11b, a popular wireless network standard. A 'sniffer' is a
device you use to detect and possibly eavesdrop on unsecured networks.

Mobile wi-fi sniffing is also known as "wardriving", a word that derives
from "war dialing", the practice of dialing all phone numbers in an
exchange in sequence to locate computer modems. You may have seen this
depicted in the movie _Wargames_.
