Evans) so no free sticker with a peach on it. Bummer.

This being an odd-numbered year, the November elections were mostly
local stuff.

Next year is divisible by 4, and things will be a *little* different.

Well, response #5 in item 152 gave the bare bones: A failed and B passed.
I didn't notice who won city council seats, though.
