The report I heard was that only kaplan, Mutsie and Barney did the Bird Hills circuit on Saturday. Other folks made it as far as the parking lot, looked out at the rain and decided they did not want to get wet. Attendance for lunch at the Golden Chef, in approximate order of arrival: bookie, janc, valerie, arlo, kendra, Carol, kaplan, krj, eskarina, dcat, their friend Inga. A new restaurant was nominated for a future lunch, seconded, and in fact met with general acclaim, due to the sign in the window offering "101 Vegetarian Specialties!" The restaurant is Madras Masala, 328 Maynard, a new Indian restaurant in the former Sharayar space. I think we'll go there this week while it's still new and exciting, OK?
