Hehehe, I heard the Indian minister state after the WTO summit that 
they made significant progress in other areas. 

But no results!! I guess all the WTO delegations have gotten used to 
the nice locations, hotels and free food.

the korean delagate offed himself over the wto collapse. he had been
kinda strung too tight for too long - but the korean farmers are too.
