I've noticed that there are several items that get new posts rarely, if at all. For example, drfuzzy hasn't got a new post in months (almost a year, if I remember right). So what do we do about it??13 responses total.
"Items" or "conferences"? The way to revive a conference is to make a comment relevant to it, in it. The folks who watch the conference will see your comment and, maybe, respond to it.
Yup. Lots of dead turf out there. Someday I hope to write better tools for helping people find where the action is.
conferences may have more "traffic" than first appears. I check over 60 conferences every time I sign on. Most of them are pretty inactive (including the drfuzzy conf). But I run through them anyway. If they ever picked up speed, I'd be right there in the middle of the speedway. right now they're more like a dirt lane along a country field.
It's appreciated, because a few of us spruce up the signs on those dirt lanes from time to time...
(I'm still trying to get caught up on enigma, for example.)
(A difficult task, albeit a most worthy one.)
How can you ever get caught up on an enigma?
A journey can be rewarding even if the destination is never reached.
I don't know about that. Yesterday we walked all over San Francisco trying to find jeweley supplies, and discovered that the merchants all required one having a CA retail license, so we couldn't get in any of them. On the other hand, you could be right sometimes.....
resp:7 Easily. It's been done. <smiles a very sharky smile>
re8: 'fact curator'
re 7, you have to wrap it in a riddle first.
AHAHA.
You have several choices:
