I am a crossdresser myself. What's your point?

#2 of 68 by sabre on Fri Jul 25 11:57:27 2003:

My point is: If you engage in such behavior you should be executed.
Or perhaps medicated in your case.

#3 of 68 by novomit on Fri Jul 25 12:03:24 2003:

Sounds kind of exciting. :)

#6 of 68 by janc on Fri Jul 25 14:13:19 2003:

Sabre seems very confident of his ability to recognize a gay man from a single
snap shot. I'm wondering where he learned this skill, and why he is spending
so much time looking at pictures of guys trying to decide if they are gay.
You know, there are pictures of women on the net too, if you are into that
kind of thing.

Cross, you really don't have to be nice to *everybody*, you know.

Oh yea little cross dressin cocksucking faggotboy?
I know how your momma got pregnant. Your daddy jacked off in her shoe.
The flies did the rest.
You fairy looking, faggot faced. pussy mouth bitch.
Bend over and let twenex butt-fuck you...prison bitch.

#10 of 68 by gull on Fri Jul 25 16:11:22 2003:

You need to get some more variety in your flames. The term "pussy mouth
bitch" is wearing a bit thin.

#11 of 68 by novomit on Fri Jul 25 16:14:55 2003:

I agree. I find that "pussy mouth cunt" might offer a welcome bit of
variation.

#12 of 68 by mynxcat on Fri Jul 25 16:15:52 2003:

How about we see a picture of sabre to back up his claims

enjoy it.

#15 of 68 by spectrum on Fri Jul 25 16:26:12 2003:

These kind of posts aren't why people join Grex. A person who makes threads
like these should be banned. Why is this behavior tolerated? I am new here.
Can someone please explain?

#16 of 68 by janc on Fri Jul 25 16:31:11 2003:

We tolerate virtually all behavior.

#17 of 68 by novomit on Fri Jul 25 16:33:40 2003:

Free speech is a terrible thing. You can ignore people that you don't like
or that you find offensive, but for free speech to mean anything at all, you
have to allow it unconditionally, not just when people are syaing things that
are mean, immature or offensive. There are good threads here as well. use the
"forget" command to not see this item again.

BTW, you arent the only one who feels this way.

Either way, sabre, i reckon you should go for it.

#24 of 68 by scott on Fri Jul 25 18:11:17 2003:

I was toying with the idea of inviting sabre to a lil' scuffle, but really
I think I'll just do the same thing I do when other idiots talk about how

their assertions.

#26 of 68 by sabre on Fri Jul 25 18:34:45 2003:

RE# 18&22
You wimp. I'll be glad to meet you in Pen.
I served 8 years in the Marines fool. Hand to Hand incorparates various
styles. I am a Black Belt in Tang Soo Do. I'm in tiger training(brown belt)
for my black in jujitsu. Your pathetic skills will be found wanting.
Let's do this.
I never "backed down" from the desire to bitch slap your faggot ass.
I realised that it wasn't realistic when you said you were IN NYC.
I thought you were in MI and just FROM NYC. Most people leave that shitty
city. I'll meet you anywhere that's feasible.
Come on down to Fl. I'll beat the living shit out of your cocksucking ass.
I just got an email from some asshole grexer saying he lived in Boca.
That's 25 miles from me. I deleted the email and forgot the asshole's name
but if he wants to meet me I'll kick his ass also.

RE#24
You'll get the chance to meet me face to face scott.
We can then spar if you like. I doubt you will have the heart to do so when
you see me however.
 RE#23
You are like all faggots twenex. You mistake your desires for mine.
You cross-dress because you are a dick-sucking faggot. I don't because I'm
a helluva hunk a man.

#27 of 68 by twenex on Fri Jul 25 18:46:38 2003:

Oh, I don't. I was being humorous. Unlike you. Marines? You aren't mentally
fit enough to be cannon fodder. And given your obvious distaste for
homosexuals, I doubt you ever get close enough to one to find out what they
are like, much less be in a position to speak with authority on what *all*
gays are like.

I find your commentary inane; your lack of proportion immeasurable, your
pretensions of intellectual, sexual and asthetic prowess laughable and
indicative of a small-minded, moronic fool, your assertions that all the
"English" (who you probably think of as all the inhabitants of Britain and
Ireland) are homosexuals pathetic, your ego immeasurable and your one
functioning braincell hardly serviceable enough to leave the confines of the
quality assessment department of an under-staffed, cash-starved,
badly-performing command-economy factory.

#39 of 68 by cmcgee on Fri Jul 25 22:46:51 2003:

spectrum, there are two ways for you to create your own "banned from Grex"
bbs.

First, use the "forget" command when given the choice "Respond, pass, forget,
quit, or? for more options" That way you'll not be shown any more responses
to that item (thread).

Second, you can set up a "twit filter" so that you don't see the responses
created by a particular login no matter what item they are posted to.

Voila, your very own filtered Grex.

Heh. Scott, thanks for resp:41!

#48 of 68 by sabre on Sat Jul 26 11:23:23 2003:

So what if I "yell" from the rooftops. It was boring as hell around here
before I came along. You have to cut the cheese to smell the funk.
To cook a good meal you have to stir the pot. Do you want everyone hear to
have the same cookie cutter ideas? Gimme a fucking break!. What the fuck is
grex here for anyway? To promote discussion..even with the likes of me? Or
is this just another platform for a bunch of liberal parrots?

I actullay did everything I could to get banned from here. I was thinking that
your "freedom of speech" principle was just another line of shit you spewed
out to maintain an illusion of political correctness. I was wrong in that
judgement. BUT if you block my IP because I raised some hell and stirred up
some shit you are selling your principles CHEAP! I don't think that will
happen. Hell...I kinda admire the fact that you let me raise as much hell as
I did. ALSO I DID WARN YOU. I was testing your values..your principles and
your inner code of ethics. janc is right...this place is a blast. I do like
it here. So don't go banning me for expressing free speech. I haven't done
one thing to harm the system. And if you do ban me ...so what? Does that mean
you will ban everyone who says things YOU don't like? Will you make a set of
rules that limits and censors what can be posted? The time I spend here is
nothing compared to ..say kranium...he stays on for DAYS.
twenex is here all the time also. GO ahead do what sleestak says...ban my IP.
Hah do you think that will stop me? What it will do is show that you
comprimise your principles. It's funny that I hear people piss and moan about
my attitude or lack of grammer...or even my apparrent stupidity. Yet those
same people post to my threads every chance they get. janc pointed out a truth
I like this place. I will point out another one...you motherfuckers LOVE me
too! At least some of you do. I'm never ignored when I come here..if I was
I would have gotten bored and LEFT! I logged on as spectrum and told you as
much. So scott..janc ..mary..other...flem..gelinas..whats the verdict?
I tell you what. If you ban this IP I will not ipspoof..proxy chain or sign
up from a dail-up and make another account. I'll leave..for good. That sounds
good doesn't it? But remember this...you will have sold your soul for the sake
of a troll. But I'm not a real troll..at least not in the since that I hate
this place and want to destroy it. I just provoke people..to see inside them.
I provoked the staff...the board and found you..interesting. I've had a theory
about on-line communities for a long time. I figured this was as good a place
as any to test it. At the same time I could test YOU also. If I come back and
find I can't login I will consider judgement passed. On me..as well as you.
In any case I will not be bitter about it. I meant it when I said that someone
should be banned for some of the shit I pulled. I am impressed that you took
it as long as you did. You passed my test. Well enough flattery..do what you
will and so mote it be.

#49 of 68 by scott on Sat Jul 26 12:31:38 2003:

I don't recall anybody suggesting we block the IP address.

I just like pointing out (using tools available to anybody on Grex, not just

Let's ban sabre!

#51 of 68 by spectrum on Sat Jul 26 13:23:22 2003:

I can't be banned based on current grex policy polytarp.
Or should I say celfie..or oblio or chemical?
Are you still dating Autumn?
I know this. The staff knows this. The board knows this.
They could officially change the policy and do it but then they would have
to change thier principles also..core values aren't easily ignored.
By the way ..been to AO lately? Are you still dating Autumn?

#52 of 68 by polytarp on Sat Jul 26 13:25:38 2003:

I'm not sure who Autumn is, but I wish I was dating her. I'm looking for a
girlfriend.

And, anyways, the Grex userbase can change policy.

#53 of 68 by spectrum on Sat Jul 26 13:36:13 2003:

Oh yea....and just who the fuck do you think YOU are?
I don't suggest you that you encourage that...they would probally ban your
ass first. Besides...A majority of the users here understand the importance
of free speech,,and non-censorship. Even if they hate my guts they will still
tolerate my raving just on principle. It beind this. "I may not agree with
what you say but I will defend to the death your right to say it"
This is an American principle. It's something that someone from canada cannot
understand.:p

True..I was never in the marines and I'm not a black belt.
I've been taking tang soo do for the last three years though.
I'm actually 5'10" at 185lbs. A bit of gut from beer and weed but mostly
muscle. I bench 230lbs and have in the past reached 280. Ive never reached
my goal of 300lbs however.

People can say whatever they want...name calling doesn't bother me.
If it's original I'll even laugh myself.
My brother used to logon here as "tinman" a few years ago. He told me about
grex. he misrepresented it to a degree however and hence my attitude.
He used to go long periods between logins. The disk-reclaimer program deleted
his account when he waited too long between logins. He is a bit of an
asshole(genitics perhaps?) and used to have tussles with some of the grex
staff. I don't remember who exactly and since he is in memphis,tn and I am
in Ft Lauderdale I can't ask him now. He was under the impression that his
account was deleted for his behavior and he told me as much. Knowing what I
know now about the system and policy and can only guess it was the disk
reclaimer program that was responsable. I tested the policy myself(heh heh)
and he sure wasn't banned for behavior. I think he logged on not to long ago
as I see him saying to polytarp
>"shut up polyfart" in polytarp's party paste in his plan.
>I'll have to ask him though..it may have been another "tinman"

Spectrum, while i like you and don't have anything against you, i am offended
by your suggestion that Commonwealth citizens do not understand the principle
of free speech.

The person whom you quoted was, I believe, an Englishman.

Sabre - it would please me greatly to see you banned from Grex. It would
please me greatly to see a lot of things. However, when that conflicts with
principles, my principles come first. Banning sabre, whilst he is an extreme
annoyance, would not be good for the camaraderie.

Grex is here to have a bit of fun and maybe let people learn a bit of UNIX.
Get with it.

Since by definition you weren't here before you were here, how the fuck would
you know what Grex was like in yuor absence?

Is your head *really* stuck so far up your own arse that you think you're the
only interesting person in Grex? I've stepped in things that were both more
interesting and more pleasant than you, fucktard.

#59 of 68 by janc on Sat Jul 26 19:12:34 2003:

"Testing us," eh. You're trying to make yourself sound like a hero, an
exploder of the bullshit of others. Well, next time, start at home. That's
total bullshit.

We hear that line a couple times a year from people who think that in 12
years nobody on Grex has ever thought of it before. You claim Grex was
boring before you came along. Dude, the reason nobody was even tempted
to boot you off was that you are about the 100th repeat of the same old
thing. We're all very used to having some noise generated by people who
can't think of anything better to do with free speech than to try to punish
the people who grant it to them by being as obnoxious as possible. Some
times the noise is more, sometimes it is less. We've plenty of experience
coping with noise generators substantially louder and disruptive than you.

Different users cope different ways. Some try to ignore it. Some make a
game out of baiting trolls by responding in kind. Others just try to spin
interesting conversations out of or around the noise.

You think you made this place interesting? Sorry, but you haven't expressed
a single idea or said a single thing that couldn't have been collected in any
7th-grade homeroom in the country. You didn't start interesting threads -
you started stupid threads which other Grex users have worked hard to spin
into interesting conversations.

I will say that you can be quite convenient to have around. An actual smart
Republican who understood his party's positions and the rationale behind them,
and could argue them effectively could be a lot harder to respond to in a
satisfying way. You provide an excellent strawman conservative.

For the record, I will never suggest censorship for any reason...I said "6

The "block" of IP's are owned and operated by S&H corporation in FL.

I was interested to find out where a foul mouthed fellow like yourself might

would log into a BBS from work for an extended period of time to post
