What R U implying by that?

#5 of 17 by kain on Mon Oct 21 00:03:18 1996:

light reflecting off water can give screwed up images, especially in warm
conditions

belive what you will...

#7 of 17 by orinoco on Fri Oct 25 20:26:20 1996:

warm conditions? Michigan!?
<hilarious laughter>

#8 of 17 by eldrich on Thu Oct 31 21:54:27 1996:

warm... ?

Besides, there's nothing for the light to reflect onto. If it's just bouncing
from the water to our eyes, it would look like the UFO was underwater...sort
of a USO

Unidentified Sailing Object !!! Reminds me of a bottle with a note in it.
But seriously, has there been any witness, sightings in person ? I'd like to
know.

#11 of 17 by orinoco on Sun Dec 1 18:25:26 1996:

Actually, nistel, unidentified swimming (though not sailing) objects are quite
plausible, being as chances are there are a good number of undiscovered
aquatic speciesw...

Even so, Can objects swim ? Back to the subject, Yoo Hoo--Has anyone seen
anything? Kain is always very objective. He'd make a lawyer or a cop- never
a scientist.

probably true.. can reflect onto air molecules.. Idunno, tat's how mirages
are formed. i personally can't say I've seen anything ufo like although I
think it'd be really cool -)

#14 of 17 by eldrich on Sun Dec 8 21:44:09 1996:

Personally it would scare me shitless!

#15 of 17 by orinoco on Mon Dec 9 01:57:35 1996:

I dunno...were I to *know* it was a UFO, my reaction would be the same, but
otherwise I would probably just mutter something about air molecules and
weather balloons...

Frank Opinions, I guess! I would be scared too. But for an instant. I'm too
curious to remain scared. That could be the reason for my endless troubles
(so what?). But I've found (on nosing) that many things dont have answers.
Maybe that's becuase my knowledge is limited or becuase I've missed something
-either way. But I feel good. Atleast I know I've tried.
