Now that we have Lord Stanley's Cup, I think we could discuss baseball until Hockey starts up again. So, who do you think will be in, and win the World Series? My Predictions: AL East: Baltimore AL WEST: Oakland NL East: Atlanta NL WEST: Cincinnati to win it all: Baltimore. O's have the best record in baseball, and if they keep going, then they might just win something.

Omni, you bad boy: Have you forgotten that MLB now has *3* divisions plus a wild-card?! Now go back to your room and don't come back until you've got it right! ;-)
So what do I know from baseball. I'm a hockey fan.
Hey, they both use sticks! ;-)
NL East: Atlanta AL East: Baltimore NL Central: Houston AL Central: Cleveland NL West: San Fransisco AL West: Seattle Wildcard: Florida Wildcard: New York Cleveland will overpower Baltimore in the AL championship to set up an Atlanta/Cleveland rematch. And as much as I love Atlanta, I'd have to give Cleveland the edge this time around. They, like the Red Wings have a long drought between Championships, and they'll be the hungrier team. Atlanta, although still excellent, just does not have te same desire that they once had to win. Being so dominant the last few years, winning is just not as special to anyone, on the team nor with the fans. They EXPECT it to happen these days. It's not the same "ooh, ahh, wow" attitude that was so evident for 91-95.
Ok, let me add my wildcards/central picks. AL Central- Detroit. (only if we have McCarty pitching ;) ) AL Wildcard- Cleveland NL Central- I'll go with Houston as well. NL Wildcard- Colorado I still want Baltimore to win it all.
