Recently, it's been brought to my attention that one of the managers 
where I work tends to go for very young women -- women much younger 
than him. So much younger that I wonder about his inclination toward 
children.

What should I do?

pedophilia is desire for pre-pubescent individuals (bois or girls)
post-or during pubescente but still "young" attraction is 
a) programming
and 
b) a differnt term
also, how young is "too" young varies by state, country and culture.

How old is your manager, and how old are the girls he pursues?

If they're adults, even young adults, there's no reason to suspect he's a
pedophile.  He's probably just a loser.

        Or has a preference for younger women.  As long as the woman in
question doesn't have a problem with it, and he doesn't have a problem with
it, and there's no question of someone being too young to reasonably consent
(which is arbitrarily designated to be eighteen or sixteen, depending on your
state), then what's the problem?

"Ephebephile" (sp?) is, I think, the word for someone who is attracted to
post-pubescent youngsters.  

The "expert opinion" on the subject is that going for young women and going
for _children_ are two entirely different things.  

Even if the person in question is a pedophile, the fact he is going after
adults instead of young girls is a good sign. Pedophilia is not curable, so
even if he is a pedophile, its great that he channels his sexuality in a legal
way.

        It's debatable if it's curable or not.  I've got a really good stun
gun.
