No.  Hopefully I could walk by without punching them.

  Basic human decency says yesNo human, no matter how bad a person he/she
is deserves to be hungry and cold. I wouldn't aid them to the point of
seeing them in power, but I would provide them with shelter and a hot meal

  I would hope that someone would do the same for me, if I were in that 
situation.

for me, "bad" is relative. I'm not currently in a position where I have much
to help with, and I've been burned enough that I wouldn't help with what
little I do have. sad but true.

I would aid them straight into prison.  3 hots and a cot, right?

There is no way I would help them.  I'm normally a charitable person, but
they don't deserve sympathy.

Well, I'm not going to help them invade Poland anyway. I'll help Hitler
if he shaves his mustache and head and promises to be nice to everybody
from now on. I'll help Josef if he gives me his tomb and my own
country. As if either of these guys can't afford a house and some food!

I guess murder's not a good option....  I think they'll do ok on their own.
