Grex Scifi Item 91: Fair-witness resignation

I'm resigning as fair-witness of this conference.  See Co-op item 73
for details.

I'm sure that dam will do a fine job.  If anyone else would like to
become the Sci-Fi f-w, now's the time to let us know.

At his request, robh has been removed as a fairwitness of this 
conference.  This leaves dam as the only fw.  If there are questions, 
dam wants a new co-fw, or whatever, i'll be following this cf for a while.

Well, I really haven't had the time to grex in well over a year, so if anyone
else would like to be a fw, please offer!
