I just read that there is a syndicated series entitled "Time Trax". Does anyone know if it is being picked up by any TV stations around here? My source of info is the Sunday NY Times, Arts and Leisure section, p26. There can be found a critical review of all the new scifi TV. I think its a bit unfairly critical, but I'm drifting already and I haven't even finished entering this entry. This article claims it can be found at 8PM wednesdays on channel 9 (which is WWOR in NY). WWOR is a superstation, so people who get other cable than Columbia cable might be able to see it that way. I will resist drifting into flaming Columbia Cable, I will resist... I have never been real fond of Time Travel as a scifi vehicle, and if the Times is right and Time Trax is just "interminable Terminator" then I will indeed lose interest fast, BUT I still would like to give the show a fair hearing (viewing) and I can't find it anywhere. Perhaps, like Babylon 5 it ha hasn't started yet??

Sorry, but it started two weeks ago with a two hour premier. Channel 20 (WXON) in Detroit is showing it at 8 PM Wednesdays. Channel 36 in Toldeo is showing it on Saturdays, if I remember correctly. You should e-mail me if you want to borrow my tape of the premier.
Thanks robh, for the info. I don't know why I couldn't find it when I looked.
Thanks for the tape. The premier was excellent. Its scifi value was limited, but it was well-written. The suspense was good, the action was fun, too. Unfortunately, now that I've seen the 1st 2 series episodes, I think I'm going to have to give up. They are in no way in the same class as the premier, IMHO. It had a lot of promise, too. The Times said it would be "interminable Terminator", but I don't think that's what it really is. Nevertheless, the newness wore off awfully quick.
