Wed. I think. The TV guide review didn't make it sound all that good,
although Linda Hunt is one of my favorite actresses. Sigh. Seems like
it's time for another round of TV execs trying to figure out what sf
is and getting it all wrong.... (Although I'm hopeful that Babylon 5 and
the new Trek thing are decent!)

Speaking of which, according to Usenet the B5 premiere will be on March
1st in Detroit, on our beloved Channel 20 WXON.  But I should probably
start another item for that, right?   >8)

I keep hearing about this Space Rangers, but I don't watch CBS enough to 
have seen the commercials.  What's the premise?

From what I've seen, it's a standard network cop show, but it's
set in space.  I'll at least give it a chance.

the TV.  Anyone else see it?

I watched the whole thing, but only because I was in a big group and
we made fun of it, a la MST3K.  I will NOT be watching again.

give it a chance, fellas.  It wasn't great, but it was different.  The FX
were good.  The characters all have room to grow, and it ain't a pristine
universe, but rather full of conflict.
