Orinoco and myself have decided to get Games Workshop's Titan Legions game. I was wondering if any of you folks wanted to learn with us. (Note: My feeling is that this is cheepier than some of GW's other miniature games, being as it's ona larger scale and there are more plastics available)

like Warhammer40k? or more like ad&D?
This would be wargamming, in the a er warhammer 40k universe but at a larger scale (ie tanks and other chunky stuff) it involves Titans (big robot type things, and I mean *big*) , tanks and and infantry. It's also is harder to power game in than 40k (LESS CHEESe)
I guess... It's harder to customize in epic though.... can't get fancy hwatevers.
do you have to buy a lot of shit? If not I'd be interested being as I don't have a whole lot to do right now that soccer's over
\Snafu: That's completely irrelevent, if you want to do different stuff we'll make up new rules.. provided it's nopn-cheeseie KAin: There are more plastic models than 40k and it's a smaller scale so there's less overall models to buy. Of course you really don't *need* to by any models... it's just nice...
play you'll have to buy any extra boxes of rules (usually $30, but it's a one- Are *so* much better). I can exspain this much better over the phone so if you're interested give me a call .
okey
so, interested or no?
what I meant about the conversions and modifications was not the rules side, but the size side... hard to modify a 1/2 or 1 inch model...
Okay I picked up the box this weekend and it is *great*! of mech games out there so there should be *some*.
ELd, are you coming with the mob of us to see romeo and juliet next weekend, if so we can discuss this there.
I saw Romeo and Juliet... it was good, but I thought that Richard III was better, as far as anachronistic <sp> Shakespeare performances go...
<waits for eld>
Yeah, I'm going to be there if anyone ever tells me when and where it's going to be.
kewelness, give liza a call.
how about monday??
could work, it'd have to be a daytime show though...
