Grex Pseudo Item 1: Welcome to the Pseudos Conference!
Entered by razberry on Mon Oct 7 15:59:01 UTC 1991:

This is where we talk about the pros and cons, the whys and wherefores, of
online alter egos.

If you are a self-proclaimed real person, maybe you could tell us about your
experiences in the creating and maintaining a pseudo identity. How did you
distance your pseudo from your real self? Did it work? What were you trying
to accomplish with the pseudo?

If you are a self-proclaimed pseudo, perhaps you could tell us a little
about yourself. How long have you been around? What are your interests,
your values, your approach to pseudo-life?

If you are a self-proclaimed pseudo hater, maybe you could lecture us all
about how pseudos are an irresponsible waste of time and disk space.

If you are none of the above, maybe you could leave some sly hints to make
us all wonder who or what you really are.

So, again, welcome! Let the fun begin!

I hate all pseudos.
Pseudos are an irresponsible waste of thyme and disc space.

#2 of 77 by bad on Sun Oct 13 04:07:30 1991:

I am a Sussudio.

#3 of 77 by pseudo on Sun Oct 20 04:17:52 1991:

Methinks pseudos are quite amusing. Some are quite sage,
others merry.

#4 of 77 by bad on Sun Oct 20 05:56:47 1991:

Mary? I knew that pseudo...

#5 of 77 by reach on Sun Oct 20 09:21:00 1991:

Perhaps it means, Parsley, Sage, (Rose)Mary, and thyme?

#6 of 77 by pipeweed on Sat Oct 26 17:02:11 1991:

What thyme is it anyway?

#7 of 77 by shannara on Sat Nov 2 04:48:13 1991:

#8 of 77 by spite on Wed Jan 22 02:23:31 1992:

I think you all know me by now. I am Dave Parks's alter-ego. But I am
trying to diversify.

#9 of 77 by remmers on Wed Jan 22 10:45:19 1992:

"Diversify" means literally "divest oneself of verse". So you wish
to become prosaic?

#10 of 77 by keats on Wed Jan 22 15:05:47 1992:

i hadn't noticed spite was a poet.

#11 of 77 by alterego on Mon Mar 2 04:49:13 1992:

I am a semi-pseudo... the name's different but most of the info (except
my last name) in my .plan is identifiable.

#12 of 77 by reach on Fri Mar 13 05:48:08 1992:

An attempt to confuse those too lazy to finger?

#13 of 77 by n8lic on Sun Apr 5 02:38:17 1992:

 probably.

#14 of 77 by strberry on Thu Apr 16 05:06:31 1992:

#15 of 77 by reach on Sat Apr 18 08:36:02 1992:

"Ah, strberry, I knew you NOT!"
Hardly the flow we would desire...
next, in the writing conference - the Bard incorporates contemporary slang!
(or, was that on the next "Geraldo?")
