this seems to be in a rather fetal stage...but it wanted out, so I let
it





changing
changing
changing
and BAM! one concussive blast
one singular moment of insight
brought to blinding clarity

If the mind is willing
The body will follow

nothings left to stop me
nothings left to tie me down
or hold me back
and tell me what is or is not
I gather this into me
I let it become me

If the mind is wiling
The body will follow

I can feel this
where once it held me down
with mocking laughs
and spiteful slaps
Now I can take this
sieze it by the throat
and bend it to my will

If the mind is willing
The body will follow

I like this.  It has a very sort of concussive feel.  Kind of a "bababa BAM!
bububa BAM!".  The refrain, "if the mind is willing," is a nice turn of phrase
too.

Yeah, I like the refrain too.  A good twist on "the spirit is willing but the
flesh is weak".
