Grex Poetry Item 29: To a Cliff [linked]
Entered by allida on Tue Feb 9 06:33:12 UTC 1999:

You stand
horible on some rocky shore
with wind and water
lashing you through eternity.
Along I come,
a gust against your holey
side and I intrude
into your inmost recesses
blowing sand and waterdrops
against their tender crevices
cutting away through
the eternity
you have existed
I am ephemeral, one second
eternally felt
as i race through
your crannies leaving only
the deepest untouched.
She fills in the places that
I have missed
When the moon pulls the tide in
at high tide you lay submerged
in her icy depths
I blow over her skin
creating ripples in her
whch channel through
your holes and ease
the pain I ripped through
as I gusted

this poem makes me feel like I'm in a dreamscape.. I can see the imagery in
my mind, and it's just harmonious..
