okay, so a good friend of mine said I needed to poast this here. I've
never done this before, but tell me what you think...
Boxes moving.
Black boxes.
No Light.
No holes.
No way to know
what is inside
Animals-
Animals are inside (but is it a lion or a lamb?)
But there is no way to know-
no way to know
the predito from the pray (Does it really matter? When fed as
such, Lambs have been
known to eat
their own kind.)
It does not matter.
One is charactorized by their actions-
A man in war is an agressor,
the same man in peace,
or wounded on the battlefield
could be the pray (we all wear boxes. We are all
defined by our actions)
But who is the decider?
Who is the definer?
Who makes the rules,
the lines and descintctions,
between the predator and the pray? (One man will say that he is
empowered. He will
explain that he
can do
whatever he wants,
whenever
he
wants. How do we
react to
that?)
No one is empowered. (or is everyone? If no one can see
anything but the big
picture, the black
box, does it matter
what goes on inside?)
The anarchists complain. (The Man gets us down.)
The liberals complain. (People are too caught up in their
own gains to see the
real picture.)
The conservatives complain. (Not enough people take control of
their own lives!)
The anarchists complain. (The Man gets us down!)
But they all just go-
go into one black box. (but in the other black boxes,
there may be others.
Just think: in their
box, we hear one
voice, one
animal, but is there
only one? There^Rs
certainly more than
that in
ours!)
*That* black box scares us,
but *that* one is nice. (so you don^Rt like the one black
box, or anything having
to do with it,
but the other one, that
is your
friend. There are many animals
in
each black box.)

Wow....you weren't kidding when you siad you were having problems formatting this one :)
picospan is abitch the put something together in that's like this.
wow. a biting commentary. btw, 'pray' is supplication to a deity. I think you were looking to spell it 'prey', which is an animal that is fed upon by a predator. But I knew what you meant. It would be odd if I assumed otherwise.
This is too freaky for me. I lost track of the meaning somewhere.
okay, sorry. a) this was a poem inspired by a political sciecne lecture, which should tell you something. b) the tabs got all messed up when I posted it from the 'net. Sorry 'bout that.
(pssst! you mean "from the web"....)
I understand the "'net" reference thanks. It works all the same one way or the other. Thanks for the expaniation, Zebera.
