Not really. Not ready for another animal yet. I never thought about whether she was outdoors/indoors when I got her. Didn't seem to be important at the time.

I already gots a dog. Yeah, she was always wanting to go outside, but I wasn't much thinking of that when I got her.
how did she die? I am going to have a dead cat soon and possibly a dead dog and a dead bird as well. They are all very old.
Anyhow, it is important to grieve fully. Ignore anyone who says "it was just a cat"

Came home from work one day and she was in the backyard yowling. I didn't pay the sounds any mind at first since they sounded so weird I didn't recognise them as her. Went to use bathroom and yowling was so loud I looked out of the window and she was laid out behind a wheelbarrow. I rushed out and picked her up . . . she was bleeding in several spots and her underside was all wet, like she had lost a lot of water. I brought her to the vet and they gave her a shot of steroids, but next day they said she had died. I suspect it was a cat fight as there were some scuffs and puncture wounds on her. Wish I had got to her a little quicker. :( I'm still bummed about it and probably will be for quite some time. She was only 6 years old and quite healthy and bouncy the last time I saw her before the accident.
My condolences on your loss.
Thanks.
My condolences too, she was your cat, these things are important. Not your fault, either.
Thanks, its been a few weeks, but I still miss her.
