Well, I'm sure that the U of M has a group that you could join, assuming you
live in the Ann Arbor area.

One of the local (ie Ann Arbor) game clubs is the Wolverine Gamers.
They meet on alternating Sundays at the UM Student Union, I believe
there's a schedule posted at Riders on Liberty. This is the same
group that hosts U-Con, a local gaming convention coming up at the
end of October (once again, Riders has info on U-Con).

for those of us too lazy to drag ourselves down to riders, what sort of
games are done at Ucon

U-Con offers just about every game type available. RPG's, board games,
card games, Live Role playing, miniatures. There is open gaming
space if you want to game on your own, and a dealers room so you
can empty your wallet on all those gaming supplies that you
don't have yet. There are also tournaments, some panel discusions.

I was going to run an AD&D adventure for U-Con, but didn't get the stuff from
robh in time.

Anyway, for other Minnesotans, RPSIG also has chapters in the following
places: Mpls, Mankato
