I played a Half-Dragon before council of wyrms came out.

I don't know much about concil of wyrms, I'm afraid.  
What if a misguided dragon slayer went after some lawful good dragon pc's?
The gods would be pissed if they killed him off, so they'll have to
deal with him non-violently.

Most humans who come into the Dragon's territory are killed as a matter of
course. There's a good reason for that, but I can't remember it right now.
I played a *true* dragon before CoW came out.
