Grex Nature Item 16: Owl calling program at Waterloo.

 Owl calling at Eddy Geology Center
 Feb. 9, 6 PM, There will be an owl
calling program at the Eddy Geology Center
near Chelsea.  A talk on owls will be 
followed by a walk to meet some local
owls.  Call the center at 475-3170
for more information.

   Damn! Wish I had read this eariler, when it would have done some
good.  Next time you hear about this, enter it again; perhaps I'll
be caught up on my conferences.

  Sorry Steve, I entered it to show a member of the 
Waterloo Natural History Society how they could use
grex to announce events and see if there was any
interest in them on grex. I'll let you know if
the owl calling happens again. They have other
events going on all the time.

Well, I for one want to hear about some of their other programs!  How wonderful
to be able to get the information with no special troubles--and to be able to
plan grexpiditions that *aren't fattening!*

  You have me interested too.  Is this the place off of I-94 near 
M-52 ?  Is there good owl gawking there all the time?
