I am getting an invalid login from www.net. what's up?

For what it's worth, someone named "Queen of Hearts" has been logged
onto m-net since 17:57 EST.  'Course, I have no idea who that might be.

I have also had another WWNet modem pool stop connecting with my
modem.  585-0010 quit some time ago, and 668-1234 since then.  I
hear carrier tones, but the handshake fails and the connection dies.
 
Is 14.4k no longer a supported format?
