Sure, I have a couple CP/M emulators (Z80), and an Apple II+ emulator. I believe there is a C64 emulator out there somewhere.
There's a C64 emulator out there somewhere... I never got it to work (and no longer have it) An Atari 8-bit emulator is under development.
Cool! You mean I will now no longer suffer from the lack of functionality when I switched from my Atari XL to an IBM 8088, and then to my current 386sx? I will now be able to use all my wonderful Atari software on my 386sx! My suffering is over! ;)
I would view a step from an XL to an 8088 as a step down, considering the things I used to do with my Atari that took a long time for me to figure out on the PC... :) Atari software was/is cool. IBM software is usually pretty boring.
re 4: Strange statements, Atari software was/is cool. IBM software is usually pretty boring. You must be referring to games, and of course Atari is a company known for its games. Most business software I suppose looks "boring" next to a good game. I like software that gets the job done that I'm trying to do. I guess whether or not it's "cool" never entered my mind.
ever hear of a Aminga emulator? I heard a rumor there was one out hrere...
re#5: nah, I meant the software for "hobbyist" computers (like the old Ataris) was always more interesting and "neater" and more unique and more exciting to the boring, bland software available for PCs today. No one has any imagination anymore. Everything looks and feels the same. re#6: Yeah, there is one. Never got it to work though... but it's PD and available.
know where i could get it at (via ftp?)
nope. :(
