My new toy is a Sharp Pocket Computer (PokeKon) PC-G850 from 1996 that I
picked up at auction for USD 9.37. It's a scientific calculator with a
BASIC interpreter, C compiler, and two assemblers.

Unfortunately, there's not many relevant manuals on-line, and the only way
to transfer data in or out is buying an adaptor cable that costs six times
more than I paid for the PokeKon itself. Also, without more documentation
the C compiler is just a toy.

However, the BASIC interpreter is pretty nice with block IF, WHILE, REPEAT,
and SWITCH, and GOSUB to labels for structured programming. Here's a Roman
